Lakeridge at the Moors

Would like to share our extremely grateful and appreciative experience on move-in day. Today was my daughter’s move in day, on a Saturday. There was an issue that we had upon moving in our belongings. Fortunately we were met with Alex in the property management office. He acknowledged our concern and informed us he’d be relaying the concern to the property manager due to the fact that it was a weekend. Within a couple hours, we were informed by Alex that the maintenance tech that was on call would be coming to resolve the concern. Sure enough within a couple hours, Doc arrived. Doc not only resolved our concern but truly went above and beyond, in a genuine and caring manner. Alex also was kind enough to drop off a package for our internet that was left by the mailboxes since he knew we were in the process of bringing in all our belongings.
Although, I was not involved with the property manager directly, I would also like to express our gratitude for having taking our concern seriously and dispatching assistance to a resolution. 10/10 experience

I like living in this community. It is very safe, clean, they attend to your needs on time and the staff are very friendly.

The apartments and community is very nice and clean. I would recommend staying here, James is really good at what he does!! Anything that’s needs to be done he’s on top of it
