We have been living in Golfside Villas f ...

We have been living in Golfside Villas for many years, it is a very quiet, Clean Condominium and the best of all is the Service of the Staff, both Maintenance and the Office, very respectful and the Manager always welcomes you with a smile on her face. It is very nice to live surrounded by such familiar and calm neighbors.
You never see a fight, no type of inconvenience.
My husband and I are very happy to be in a place as nice as this.

The pool has been closed for about 2 yea ...

The pool has been closed for about 2 years now, summer is coming and no one can get in the pool because they have it closed

The best place!safe beautiful community. The manager Neylis, has it beautifully taken care of and always attends to tenants needs and concerns. Pool area and gym are kept clean and in perfect conditions. surrounded  by parks and close to everything,makes it a perfect location.

Pool is literally always closed. I've even seen the manager have parties with people when the pool is closed. Is like they dont want to share it to people that pay rent????

Been living here for quite some time and the office is never open who knows  what they pay the manager for if she’s never there, and the leasing office is open I would go and there’s nobody when something would break or mess up it takes months to get it fixed or it’s fixed temporarily or they say they will help you and they never do and have horrible manager

I have a friend who lives there. Very friendly place to live and visit. Pool is always clean as long as the entire condo. A lot of visitor parking available also.

The manager is very nice Everyone is friendly and efficient.
Any bad review is an error due to not completing the review because you are at a medical appointment.

I have lived in this community since 200 ...

I have lived in this community since 2009, it is always clean and very quiet, the guys who work and in the office and very friendly and always help.  It’s an honor to live here
