Do not move in Lakeshore apartments they do not do no repair it's not a good place to live

My name is Malak, and I am a current resident here at Polaris Auburn. They are definitely turning thing around for the better, I am satisfied with how things are going thus far, Joy (Property Manager), Alejandra( Customer Service) & The Regional Property Manager have brought great comfort to me and my family in these sundry times. First of all, the maintenance is a complete joke. I submitted multiple requests for repairs, and they take their time to address the issues. My Hot water Heater is leaking water, and my carpet is soaking up the water both in the entry way of my master bedroom and Livingroom. Was told someone will be here and that was hours ago in my lease it states the Hot water heater is a emergency.  The grounds are always dirty, gate does not work so anyone can come in and hang out, security lights does not work, only 2 washing machines out of 4 work, pool has been out of order all summer but yet being charged as a amenities, pot holes throughout the parking lot, pics online is nothing like real life, lawn guys come at 6am, oh they gave me a stove which is falling apart and refrigerator sounds like a jet taking off and they scraped the paint off my wall and never fixed it.

I had the best experience living here kaleen joesph was awesome , I highly recommend these apartments for those who want to be at peace and happiness

Very efficient told me everything I needed in a timely fashion and I was approved. I fell so much better knowing I have a confirmed place to move with me and my baby girl

The application was very quick and relatively easy, Jeimy was very pleasant and professional.  My experience thus far has been truly pleasurable.

The service was excellent, they answer all your questions,  they respond to all your messages, they call you back.  This was one of the easiest process that I went through. Thank you Jeimy.
