They literally don’t do anything to fix ...
They literally don’t do anything to fix things. Mold? Painted over it. Any potential broke seals in your windows? Painted over it. There’s a cockroach that’s been painted over when we first moved in to these apartments in 2015. All they do is constantly do inspections to find stuff they can bother you with. You can’t have anything on your patio that isn't a specific amount of furniture or plants. We just got charged $75 because theres an amazon box, a black stand and “bag of items” on our patio. Didn’t know we can’t have control over our own living space. They try to drive away old tenants so that they can charge newer tenants even more. They have people that always smoke weed and break in to cars which they turn a blind eye to but will constantly bug you if you have a singular box on your patio that isn’t considered furniture. This place is a joke with its new management and don’t get me started on their manager.
