The service is trash. I'm not sure what is wrong with Nisha, the property manager, but I feel as though if you do not like your job than quit. You are playing around with living situations. You are useless when it comes to assisting with situations between the tenant evaluation company and the potential tenant. It's because you are lazy. You should not be the manager of the property. For any owners that own a property here and you have been having difficulties renting it out, it is Nisha fault. She does not assist at all, and I truly believe she is the type to only help individuals who she wants to help. Also for future potential tenants, they ask for a copy of the social security card, which I would advise to be wary of, from speaking with her I wouldn't be surprise if she sells the information to scammers for a profit. The response that I receive to this review will be extremely generic and seem as though she cares, but in reality the response is really to save face in front of the individuals who will read this review.

Driving into the condominium was very nice.. seeing the river on the right side and some duck 🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆 napping on the grass was very relaxing.... the only issue is there is only one way in and one way out....

Be aware of the people to whom you rent your unit believe me it can become a nightmare. Let me warn you as an owner or potential,  Be careful of how kind or considerate you are with the contract. They will take it as weakness. Case in point I made the mistake of not getting first and  last month rent. (Just trying to help the renter) Without this leverage your client/tenant , can get as nasty and impolite as possible (obviously an extremely dumb approach) because you may a mistake of not holding their down payment, that now give them leverage over you. MY recommendation,  certainly not everyone is going to be the ungrateful.
