Royal Palms At Inverrary

Lived there for a year now and I haven’t got a problem

This place is not bad, maintained very well and Apartments are big inside. The new manager is so nice, she try her best to help us but she had a lot of work because the plase is a mess a lot of nasty people around.

It was a good apartment when I first went in there in July 2023 Eda was better then the new manager this manager is horrible she out there smocking and she opened the office at 2h pm and close at 4pm she never available she don’t take care of the apartment my house have been licking water for the past 2 week I told her and she didn’t do anything And I lost my mail key like a month ago I Did a money order of 25$ so she could gimme a new one she didn’t gimme a new one it been 1 month

I’ve lived here going on three years, and sometimes the hallways gets messy, but it’s the tenants who does it. Management does their best to keep the hallways as clean as possible. Maintanance mops the hallways daily except on weekends. As for the laundry rooms it’s some of the kids that lives here that be messing it up. Management is also very lenient. When blks stop destroying our own communities we’ll have a better Royal palm.
