I’ve lived here going on three years, and sometimes the hallways gets messy, but it’s the tenants who does it. Management does their best to keep the hallways as clean as possible. Maintanance mops the hallways daily except on weekends. As for the laundry rooms it’s some of the kids that lives here that be messing it up. Management is also very lenient. When blks stop destroying our own communities we’ll have a better Royal palm.

Evicting based on COVID-19 vax??? Putting small children into homelessness? Disgusting.

Forcing tenants to be vaccinated or evicted?!  Zero opt outs as well. Absolutely sickening and discriminating  on the landlord’s part. I hope nobody rents from this place! Forcing families on the streets over not being vaccinated? That’s insanity
