Las Olas Regency Apartments

If you thinking of renting here stay away , I was a tenant for almost 4 years . First the manager of the building her name is Susie, she the worst person you will ever meet , and I feel bad for you if you read this review and decide to rent there , cause she will make your life miserable. The building itself is old and needs a massive renovation and that’s why the prices are below Market, you will be living with cockroaches and termites year round , maintenance issues will be non stop and the laundry room and laundry machines are filthy. Also elevator is a hit or miss if it works .
The only positive thing in that building is the “Super” , Mr. Keith . He’s awesome and will always be there for you , kind and genuine.
Bottom line , stay away . Go rent somewhere else don’t get blinded by the low price .
Honest review, If I can save one soul from living in this dump I did my part .
Don’t let the proximity to las olas impair your judgement, that place was a good spot 30 years ago .
