Management is terrible, good luck if you ...
Management is terrible, good luck if you need maintenance, I waited 4 months to have a toilet seat and a blind replaced! Pest control is nonexistent, I have infestation of termites, mosquitoes and cockroaches! On top of that, they don’t respect the lease, they drafted different amounts every month for 8 months, overcharged me and they refused to refund me and adjust the rent! Fraudulent activity, be aware!

Lived there 4 years loved the location. Palmetto bugs freaked me out. Thin walls. Had a neighbor who would knock on the walls complaining when we’d flush the toilet at night.

Lived here for 2 years and it had its highs and lows. Likes: the units are decent shaped and sized, fit and finish was really good for kitchen and bathrooms, very large master bath, location.
Dislikes: management, no parking, zero amenities, building in need of serious repairs, paper thin walls (could hear neighbors coughing or even their phone calls), 17th street Bridge goes up non stop causing traffic delays. Elevator is one of the smallest I've ever seen, same goes for the stairwell. Loud dogs.
