Le Frontenac Condominium Associates

A couple of years ago, my family and I rented an apartment managed by Maria and her husband on behalf of the apartment owner. The apartment and the building itself were nice; I recommend it - 4 stars. However, on the day after check-in (not on the same day because we had an over 11-hour flight), I noticed that the apartment was not cleaned well, so I had to clean it myself. The problem arose when we had contact with Maria. On the day of our check-out, the cleaning lady arrived earlier than agreed upon. Moreover, we had a doctor's appointment for our 2-month-old baby, so we couldn't be ready when she came, so we agreed for extension couple day ago. But we asked our 15-year-old son to pack the things that were not yet packed, such as the products from the fridge and kitchen, until we returned. We allowed the cleaning lady to enter and start cleaning.
When we came back, we saw that our son was shocked and said that Maria had come some time ago and yelled at him (at the child). Since we had expected a later check-out as agreed upon, and not ready to check-in next apartment, we had to wait until we could check-in to. So, our 2-month-old baby, our shocked family, and the products from the fridge had to wait in the hallway with a very low conditioned temperature or on the street with a temperature of about 90°F.
Maria continued to argue for some time, but suddenly made excuses and said she had to be prepared for the owner's arrival. That was a lie. Later, I asked a friend about the owner, and they said no one had come.
Another issue was that we were waiting for a certain document and asked Maria to check if it had arrived. She assured us that she would check it, but after a couple of days, when we contacted her, she said nothing had arrived. More days passed, and still nothing. Eventually, I had to go to the post office to check if the document had been delivered, and it was! So, this was the second lie from Maria.
Finally, she deducted $200 from our deposit, claiming that the stove was completely dirty and that she had to order special cleaning. This was the third lie because I regularly cleaned it myself.
As for her husband, he pretended to be a good man and asked us not to think badly of his wife, but it was just an act.
This story has tormented me for more than two years. I believe that justice must prevail, and people should know who is who.

Marvelous complex, very spacious condos and beautifully furnished, nice crisp linens. Family oriented and extremely safe environment.

Great location. Common areas and swimming pool, clean and well maintained. The decoration and furnishings vary between condos depending on the unit rented.
