Legacy at 36th

This building has potential, but the management is terrible. I've lived here for 10 months, and the elevators have been out of service for 8 months... completely unacceptable, and time keeps passing with no action taken! The main elevator is still not working, so I have to use the stairs, which is embarrassing when I have guests. If you're a day late on rent, they charge $200, yet they've gone 8 months without fixing this issue which is their responsibility. I can't wait for my lease to end. **Spanish:**
This building is beautiful, but the management is terrible. I am very happy to live here the gym and pool are always very clean the lady in the first office on the right is always very friendly.

I moved into this condominium ago, when they opened it, I was very excited because it was really nice and everything was new, but after two months everything was a disaster, in this building there is a terrible humidity problem, all the personal things have gotten mold, there is always a lot of musty smell, and no one gives you an answer, only justifications from the manager because they don't want to accept the big problem that there is and that many apartments have, we tell you. With 5 elevators and 3 have been broken for more than two months, the lack of respect for parking is incredible, a dilemma to find when you return late from work and parking for which we pay, the hallways are always too dirty and all this is in a property that has not even been rented for a year and with quite high prices and the worst thing is that they do not offer you any solution.

I want to thank Ana Moreno for her constant help and kindness. She always ensures we receive our packages smoothly and is always ready to assist. Her positive attitude makes the building a better place. Thank you for everything you do!

Everyone has been very helpful especially Ana Moreno in the leasing office. Ana is consistently very friendly, professional and helpful.

Even if you pay for parking, there is never a spot available, that's why they don't give assigned parking, this is the jungle! At 9:00pm there is no parking left in the closed garage, and then you have to take visitors, which is dangerous because we have already heard about thefts, and not only that, it is incredibly full!! You arrive tired from work, you have to take any available parking and go up the stairs because the elevators have been damaged for months!! And not only that, but the buildings are so basic that the noise is too much, planes, trains, neighbors, loud music in the pool every day even though there are security guards who, according to them, only take care of the walls, not the people who are there. we live here!

I have had the worst experience with the company, the service and customer service is the worst, the building has had all the elevators broken for more than three months, it’s inaceptable that the people living there have to be taking the stairs to get to their apartment, and the rent is super expensive to be living with that situation. If your planning to lease an apartment here please look in other places, you will regret living here.
