Legacy at Brickell

#1 cockroaches - pest control doesn’t help #2 dog pee all over the entrance area - it always always smells badly (if dogs are allowed then management should wash the area with bleach daily/at least weekly)
#3 trash area is not getting cleaned often and properly/ very rarely light sweep
#4 AC units are old, moldy and smelly
#5 most units are not renovated with terrible popcorn ceilings

Good place to live. Convenient area, access zones and exits to highways nearby, gas stations, supermarkets and pharmacies around the corner, a few meters away there are two shopping centers in the heart of Brickell, Legacy has comfortable apartments with common areas, quite comfortable and affordable prices compared to the rest of the area.

Legacy Brickell is a perfect place to live, remodeled, spacious apartments, it has a large and comfortable central recreation area. with its parking area. In addition to being well located, you have supermarkets, schools, train station and metro very close by. In short, the best option to rent.

Beautiful community. The central patio is very nice and comfortable so families spend great time there. I have become friends with most neighbors! Management plans great events and staff is attentive and helpful! Happy to live here!

I called to ask about availability and was pleased to find the same manager from Legacy at The Roads managing this property. She was incredibly friendly and informative, answering all my questions with ease. Her professionalism and welcoming attitude made a great impression. Highly recommend reaching out to them.

What a pleasant experience visiting Legacy at Brickell. This property is really well kept. I went in for some information and the manager Vanessa was very nice and professional.  She gave me information regarding the community and the area and  encouraged me to visit the website and keep in contact.
