Legacy at The Roads

The building manager, Mr. Wulliam, is super attentive and always solves any problem that arises. He keeps the building super clean and everything up to date.

I like the location of this place,  so I called to inquire about it. The manager Vanessa was so pleasant and professional. She took the time to answer each of my questions very patiently, which is very hard to find nowadays (a manager with courtesy) . I will definitely take this place under consideration.

I recently contacted to inquire about availability, and I was very impressed with my experience. The manager I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had a friendly voice and took the time to answer all my questions. It's clear that the staff is dedicated to providing excellent service. I look forward to exploring this community further.

I lived in Legacy at the Roads for 1.5 years and couldn't be happier with my experience. The management staff, especially Vanessa, is exceptional. She is always friendly, approachable, and incredibly quick to respond to any concerns or questions I have. I also have to commend Willey from the maintenance team. He is always prompt and efficient in addressing any maintenance issues. His expertise and willingness to go the extra mile ensure that everything in my unit was in good condition, contributing to a worry-free living experience.
The location is fantastic, situated in a safe and welcoming neighborhood. The Roads is a hidden gem. It's conveniently close to the center of Brickell and a few mins drive to the closest beach.

I have lived in this apartment for many years. The truth is that I feel very comfortable in the place. The location is excellent for my work and a very safe place. I have been through many hurricanes in my life and also natural ones and I have always felt very safe. I recommend it for people who want a quiet place to live
