The Club at Brickell Bay

The reception is very unprofessional. The receptionists laugh among themselves instead of taking care of the customers. We feel nonchalance. Half of the elevators are broken. The wait is endless. We stayed in an Airbnb which was clean and pleasant. The 2 swimming pools are ok, the facilities too. Jacuzzi strongly NOT RECOMMENDED!!

The elevator. This is absolutely wild. You will wait ages if you live above 20th floor. Was literally quicker to walk up 41 flights of stairs than wait for the elevator at peak times. Otherwise ok but the location is only real selling point.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Front desk staff are extremely rude and don’t care at all about anything you have to say. Took us over 3 hours to get checked in and they were trying to con us out of $50 to check into the place, even with an existing reservation. It’s really not worth the price at all. Have never dealed with worse human beings in my entire life. Have never left a review on a place until today and the experience was so bad that I decided this one deserved it. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

The building is too crowded, the lady at the front desk (red hair) is very rude, she hates her job. The apartment that we stayed in (3824 operated by MIMO) is terrible. Needs tons of maintenance a lot of thing doesent work and is not the Same as in the pictures. Do not rent there.

Actually there is no difference with motel. The apartment is very dirty. Bathrooms very dirty. I had four grandchildren two ages 2 and 4 9 and 16. And two daughters 15 luggage’s and nobody helped at all. Our balcony was full of birds poop everywhere and very dirty . We didn’t use it . Not only bird poop very dusty. This is the worst place we have ever rented.  2 bedrooms apartment charged $900  for 2 nights and charged all our luggage’s each $5 if this not stealing peoples money then I don’t know wit is. They need to be investigated.. communication is a major problem they don’t speak English. Before you rent go see it because what they advertise is not what you get. Please

Called beforehand and asked them about all of our luggage before getting this hotel and they said they had a concierge and everything would be OK but no concierge and they charged us for all of our luggage so don’t check in this hotel unless you want major problems. They lie and take your money and then disrespect you at the front desk

The association has taken as a measure that people who arrive at the building without a physical ID cannot enter it. Making residents have to go down to get their orders. Thank you for the security, but look for alternatives, there are some, (In Florida smart ID even works to buy alcohol) so as not to lose peace of mind and security, but residents also do not lose comfort.
If I have to go down to look for a delivery, I better get dressed and go out to get it myself.
