Very nice and spacious, everything is really neat and clean and there is a tranquility that living there brings, I only went to visit a relative who lives there and everything is really very nice

I have been living at Legacy Nob Hill for almost eight years.  Love the location, close to turnpike, shopping, theaters and Dadeland Mall.  The community landscaping is well kept.  If you have any maintenance issues they take care of it right away.  Like every community they have many issues, the landscaping company comes and dirties your car with grass and the do not use the blower to take it off.  Tenants hanging towels on the outside balcony and railings it's very distasteful, their comforters , pampers left in front of the door and garbage outside  the doors for days.  I have a bigger issue, I have a neighbor who has a dog.  I love pets do not get me wrong.  But when you have a pet that starts crying at 5am in the morning and howling and it is depriving you of sleep, it is serious.  It affects you to function during the day, your defenses of your immune system is affected because you are not getting enough sleep.  You hear when they walk in their home, they slam the doors. Live in a safe and habitable rental property.
Enjoy their property in peace and quiet. This is not my situation.
I do not know how many emails and calls I have made to the office. I also had to call security and the police.  Nothing has been done.  They said I could move. They also said they are a dog friendly community. Literally, I was told the dog can keep crying and disrupting my sleep, you can move. I pay my rent and I have to deal with the dog crying everyday. It's been three months and the dog is still crying every morning. They get home late everyday and start making noise. I am moving but in the mean time, how do you deal with losing sleep everyday and only sleeping 2 or three hours a day.  This apartment is not sound proof at all and I feel very sorry for the next person that becomes the next tenant.
