Legacy Nob Hill

I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Legacy Nob Hill and now call it my home! From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt a true sense of belonging. The staff here is amazing—kind, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond to assist residents. It’s rare to find a community where the team genuinely cares, but at Legacy Nob Hill, they do. They’re always organizing events and creating opportunities for residents to connect, making it feel more like a family than just a place to live. The property itself is stunning. The landscaping is beautifully maintained, adding to the serene and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are also top-notch. The pools and gym are always clean, well-kept, and ready for use. The laundry facilities are convenient and in great condition, and maintenance is consistently on point—any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
One of the things I appreciate most is the convenience. There’s always enough parking for both residents and visitors, which is a huge relief. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—close to malls, schools, Hospitals and everything else you might need.
Living at Legacy Nob Hill has truly been a blessing. It’s a place where you feel valued and cared for, surrounded by great neighbors and a supportive community. I’m so thankful to have found this gem and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!

An excellent place to live as a family with children, it has many facilities for the children to enjoy. I have lived in this place for a long time and it is very nice, quiet and friendly, I recommend you 100%

Beautiful property, friendly and professional staff, excellent management. Grounds and amenities are kept very pleasant at all times.

It is completely beautiful, pleasant, seemingly quiet and has easy access. My friend lives there and I love visiting her. It has beautiful common areas that are very well maintained! The pools are beautiful and clean. The gym, laundry and pet areas… super clean. I had never been interested in living in a condominium until I came to this one, from the first day I wanted to move in! I will apply for next year! I hope I'm lucky!!

The best apartment complex! Elsa, (The best manager ever) Erwin (always friendly and ready to help) Nilda, (always courteous) Enrique (always helping with his characteristic kindness), Orlando (Always with a smile to help) and all the staff in general They are always aware of the needs of the tenants! Ready to help and resolve any concern or situation!!  This is my 3rd time renting an apartment in this complex and I am very happy to live in a complex where the tenant is part of the family!!!  I recommend 💯 this beautiful, clean, well-kept and safe complex!!!

I have absolutely loved and enjoyed every moment as a resident here at Legacy Nob Hill. The rent is extremely fair for the area! The apartments are very well kept and it is obvious to anyone that even drives by here. The ease and happiness in the residents faces says it all! Community events! We even have a domino area!! How cool is that?! The gym has THE best operating hours!! 2 beautiful pools and the best part… the loving staff!! Gracias todos por ser tan amables!!
