The pool is always closed, they have not opened it at all, nor do they plan to open it on vacation.

They are shameless, they have the cars towed for no reason, they have a tremendous business with the drivers.

It is the worst and they have a business with the tow trucks, they do not allow parking in any area and the visitors to the tennis courts park in visitor parking lots and they do nothing.

association increased monthly fee and are  making  owners to  pay for their mistakes.   Price is crazy!

try calling the HOA main number to ask a question, or just for fun.. guaranteed they won't pick up

The representatives are rude and do not give concrete answers to anything, we have not used the pool for 2 years and they charge for it. They create rules that go against all freedom of movement and the associations steal without any consequence and then want to charge the inhabitant.

The lady in charge of HOA has no experience running the place. She's always nervous and has a bad attitude because she's always confused and does not understand. Think twice about working with these people!
