Legacy Palm Isle

Living at Palm Legacy Isle has been a great experience. The community is quiet, safe and very well maintained. Common areas, such as swimming pool, gym, park, etc.  They are always clean and in perfect condition. Additionally, the management and maintenance staff is very attentive and always willing to help. The location is ideal, with easy access to main streets, nearby places such as shopping centers, public transportation, etc. Without a doubt, it is a place that I would recommend to anyone looking for comfort and quality of life.

I’ve been living at Legacy Palm Isle Apartments since December 2023, and it’s been a great experience so far. The complex is clean, well-maintained, and the amenities, like the pools and gym, are a nice bonus. The staff is friendly and responsive. Barbara and Lucy from the office, are always very attentive and helpful. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to shops and highways. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to live, also very safe!

We’ve lived at Legacy Palm Isle for years, and it’s been nothing but a great experience. The apartments are beautiful, and the maintenance team is absolutely amazing—any time there’s an issue, they fix it within hours. The office staff is just as incredible. Anytime we’ve had a question or concern, they’ve resolved it immediately. The managers in the office genuinely care about the residents and go out of their way to help. It’s rare to find a place like this where everything runs so smoothly. We’re so happy to call this place home

I have been living at Legacy Palm Isle for years. The staff is very professional, friendly, and very accessible to resolve any issues that may arise. The property is kept clean and has very good security. I have always felt very comfortable here with the service provided to residents as well as the care and maintenance given to the apartments. They are always attentive to doing very fun activities for the children who live in the community. It is a blessing to live in such a nice community. I feel at home because it has been years of happiness for my grandchildren and all members of my family. I would definitely recommend it if someone needs a place to move to since for me and my family it is the best community to live in.

I recently moved to Palm Isle and I am delighted with the atmosphere. A very quiet community. Very friendly people and the administration staff, Lucy and Barbara, are very attentive to our needs, as is the maintenance team. Thank you Palm Isle for making this community our home!!!

I love this community they are so pleasant and very attentive. Barbbarita and Lucy are such great managers that love to help their tenants. I’ve lived here for so many years and I have never had any complaints about the way they treat me. Their apartments are beautiful, spacious, and very homey. I could not even think of moving out at any time. I am so thankful for them.
