Legacy Palm Isle

I have lived here for over 14 years and for a reason❣️ I love the community, the staff and the peacefulness. The staff are excellent and always on top of our needs. They take such good care of you that they make you feel like an important resident❣️ We are close to everything we need, FIU, SWEETWATER elementary, Paul Bell middle school and if you can win the lottery go put your kids in Doral Prep Middle and High school. We have a beautiful mall strip w Target Publix to name a few. In this community you have beautiful pools, playground , a gym and a very cute dog park. Great place to come and join this community residence❣️

Very good place to rent since one lives very happily, very good security, 2 swimming pools, park for the children and our pets, comfortable parking, very good price

It is a pleasure to belong to the Legacy Palm Isle family, my apartment is in optimal condition, everything is impeccable, I have a view from my balcony of the green areas that are perfectly preserved, Lucy and Barby from the office are attentive to the smallest detail and the maintenance team is super efficient. The gym, the swimming pools, the playground, the mail, laundry, everything works wonderfully. I recommend this place 100%.

I have been living at “Legacy Palm Isle” in Sweetwater now for almost 2 years with my sister, who has been a resident for several years.  I can’t imagine a better place to live in this entire area.  Living here is like living at a nice resort on a daily basis.  Very well maintained pools, gym and general infrastructure and impeccably kept gardens and landscaping. The staff is what makes this place so special.  It is like a big family.
Lucy the Property Manager,  Barbara the Assistant Property Manager and Ariel, Narciso and Eduardo, the Maintenance Personnel, are the engines that keep this place running smoothly.
This is definitely an amazing place to live where all the ingredients for a nice Floridian Life are combined for the enjoyment of all its residents.

Had a tour of a townhouse recently and the experience was great! Barbara was super helpful and very attentive. Very welcoming community. Hopefully an apartment opens up soon.

This is my second time living in this community. Very safe and gated with security. Property management very helpful and knowledgeable.

I just recently moved in about a month ago and upon move in we had an issue with our AC unit. I cannot stress enough how attentive Ana, Barbara and the whole maintenance staff were in solving the issue. They made sure we got what we needed to feel comfortable in our new apartment. Community is very quiet and always clean.
