Lovely place! So welcoming. They account for everything!!!

I called Lapis and had a couple of questions about the housing and how everything worked. I gotta say the leasing agent Chad that helped me out was super nice and really knew his stuff, he was also able to communicate with me in Arabic fluently which was crazy! Overall, Lapis is definitely superior to all other housings in the area and having staff at the office like Chad really shows that!

Thank you to Karina for the awesome visit experience! Sending ones child off to live on their own never gets easier, we’re super excited for what’s to come from Lapis! We really appreciate all the transparency and attention to detail!

if you’re considering any sort of off campus housing please do not hesitate on taking a tour with karina, not only was she super knowledgeable but she was extremely kind and made us feel heard on any questions we had!

I came in for a tour with Karina Benitez and she exceeded my expectations. She created a welcoming atmosphere. She was super friendly, respectful, helpful, with a positive attitude. She made sure all my questions and concerns were answered before I leaving. She's a phenomenal person who looks and sounds like she truly loves what she does! Amazing experience!
