horrible wifi that’s been promised to improve since October, ran by college kids that don’t know how they can help, ignorant staff that doesn’t help when needed, we can’t be out in the amenities floor we pay for after 10pm, no visitor parking, they will tow your car.

this has been my worst experience at student housing. The Lapis staff is the most inconsiderate staff there is. I don’t understand how they can be so negligent. This past weekend I have spent it with NO power & every time we called they said they would send someone & never do. But guess who still has to pay their electricity bill ? We do even tho we have food rotting & absolutely no electricity. The elevators NEVER fully work which is ridiculous. The staff is absolutely unhelpful & unreliable. Don’t move here.. it’s been a nightmare. Not worth the monthly $1,300

Great place to live!! The wifi doesn’t work at times but overall a good place. The pool is beautiful and the sunsets are the best.

The aesthetic of this complex is amazing ...
The aesthetic of this complex is amazing! The views, study spots, gym and pool deck is in my opinion the best part of this place. Also, that they are constantly putting on events for the residents. The wi-fi quality could improve as well as technical difficulties with the elevators but otherwise, I love it here!
