They are a super caring team and quick to address all of the residents' needs and concerns. At Christmas they wrapped the gifts I brought very beautifully and with a lot of love.
Every day I come to the gym and it is clean and everything organized
Every time we have a problem in the apartment they are available to resolve it as quickly as possible.

I know for sure that more than half of these reviews are fake and done from family or friends of the office management. This place is ridiculous with their rules and restrictions. Every days it’s a new thing that they decide to come up with. If I wanted to live under such absurd rules, I’d go back to Cuba and it’s communism. The latest of these tyrant rules are that kids can’t ride their bikes around the neighborhood. People complain about kids being on screens all day and when they actually go outside to play they are penalized. I totally understand if kids have to have an adult supervising them around the neighborhood. But a total ban is ridiculous. Shame on these tyrants.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience living in this apartment community! A huge shoutout to Zairys, the property manager, and the entire staff, Claudia, Frank, Angel, and Camilo for doing an absolutely outstanding job. The level of care and dedication they put into keeping this place so clean and in pristine condition is truly remarkable. From the beautifully maintained grounds to the prompt and professional service whenever an issue arises, they consistently go above and beyond. It’s clear they take great pride in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for all residents.
Zairys is not only incredibly efficient but also approachable, sweet, warm and kind. Her leadership truly sets the tone for the excellent service we all enjoy here. I feel lucky to call this place home and am grateful for the hard work of everyone who makes this community so special.

I have lived in this community for 6 years and I am very happy to live here. The maintenance team is excellent, they are always attentive to everything, they keep the community supper clean and any maintenance order is resolved on the same day. The girls in the office are excellent, helpful supper. I recommend. this place 💯 happy to live here!!! I love calling Villa Vicenza my home 🙏

Living at Villa Vicenza has been the best experience!  Been here for 9 years and it’s been nothing but great from day one!  From the staff at the leasing office who are super attentive and helpful, to the very efficient maintenance team.  Special thanks to the Office Manager, Zairy, who is always so kind and so very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for all her tenants!!

I've had a wonderful experience living at Villa Vicenza for the last 4 years. The condominium is always in impeccable condition and the upkeep is amazing. The administrative staff and maintenance team are always welcoming and extremely helpful! I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.

I absolutely love living here! The condominium is always very clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff provides excellent customer service, and Claudia deserves special recognition for her kindness and professionalism. I also appreciate how the staff organizes activities for the tenants, creating a sense of community. They genuinely care about the residents and are always quick to respond when needed.
