Dear KR,Please accept our apologies if there has been some sort of misunderstanding.  Please note, we have never had a waitlist and we certainly do not accept bribes here at Legacy Villa Vicenza or in any of our communities.  We conduct ourselves in nothing but the utmost professional manner and strive to provide excellent customer service to both our current and prospective residents.   While we previously had a "courtesy call list", we have now transitioned to online leasing. All apartment availability is visible on our website, and interested applicants can apply online. We encourage you to visit our website to view availability and apply if you are still interested in making Legacy Villa Vicenza your new home. Prior to switching over to online leasing we did have a courtesy call list, meaning that when an apartment became available we would call back those on the "courtesy call list"  to advise of availability.  Oftentimes, when we called back they had already found other living arrangements, did not answer the phone or were no longer interested.  In addition, for approximately the past 2 years leasing is done through our online portal.  Apartment availability is visible on our website at which time anyone interested can apply online.  We invite you to go into our website to view availability and apply should you still be interested in making Legacy Villa Vicenza your new home.
