Leisure House Condo Association

My husband and I spent time there this summer. Pros:  Beautiful beach in walking distance and a convenient location to drive to activities. Cons: Expensive area to eat. The building is very old and ghost like. The pool was too dirty to swim in. Nearby construction never seemed to end. Few spoke English or said hello. We felt very uncomfortable. The only people we saw were very old, nasty, sat in the lobby and stared. I don't think young children would be welcome. Would prefer a hotel with a happy and inviting atmosphere for vacation. Would not recommend unless you got it really cheap. Atmosphere is important to us.
