Loft Downtown II

STAY AWAY. This building has a major MOLD issue. Our floor was infested with WEEVILS that got into our all of our food. There are INSECTS everywhere. The building management makes your life difficult. And management tried to fine us for trash left out by another resident 2 weeks after we moved out. This building is disgusting.

worst building to live in Miami. I've lived in Edgewater & Brickell for years, never have dealt with a more unprofessional Management team. HVAC system is always down. Nothing ever gets renovated, hallways were "under construction" for years. Pools are always down, especially the downstairs pool. Piping is horrible. Elevators always down. Give you a hard time for any maintenance requests, takes days to resolve if that or they will send you to another company. I had to pay a "smoke detector" fee and leave them a check, they deposited the same check TWICE without my permission. No one ever knows anything. Property manager is the absolute worse, which is why there is so many complains about her in the reviews. Location is great, but beware at your own risk. I've been here for two years, their is never not an issue going on with the building. From the moment I moved in. Not renewing my lease again

Worst experience I’ve had. Building steals money.

Avoid this place at all costs! Not only will they charge you a ridiculous $100 fee if you forget your key, but you’ll also be dealing with some of the most unpleasant, unhelpful front desk staff imaginable. Management is a total disaster, and you’ll be living with constant mold issues in the bathrooms and sauna – health hazards galore! The decor? Prepare for eye-sore central with hideous yellow doors and a revolting lime green carpet. If you want respect, cleanliness, and even basic courtesy, look anywhere else. This place is a nightmare.
