It’s telling that this establishment doesn’t even manage a 2-star rating—perhaps that’s a review in itself. Customer service appears to be a lost art here, particularly under the management of Francheska. During a visit to assist my elderly grandmother, who recently underwent surgery on both eyes and is currently unable to see, I parked briefly to help her up the stairs (no more than 10 minutes) Despite the obvious circumstances, Francheska made it a point to rudely inform me that parking was prohibited for any reason. While I fully respect property rights, basic human decency and the ability to communicate courteously should not be too much to ask. Her attitude and demeanor were not only unprofessional but deeply unsettling. I’d advise anyone seeking assistance to look elsewhere—anyone but her.
