Honestly a terrible place to live. weekend security guard has a god complex, management is Rude and unprofessional- first impression on move in date security calls the property manager and accidently leaves phone on speaker to hear her rudely kicking us out like dogs for arriving after the allowed hours. each unit has a fenced area that the association controls with ridiculous rules that only apply to renters and whoever they desire. nosy neighbors who will complain take pictures and not even as much as reply to a friendly "good morning"
its a nightmare to have guests, even on special occasions and holidays,
security guards determine the parking hours as they see fit daily.

terrible place to live. weekend security ...
terrible place to live. weekend security guard has a god complex, management is lost and doesn't care, president is ignorant. and some how our fees go up but the only thing improving is the house and cars if some of the board of directors.  and when confronted they all pass the bill. cant install "white lights".
cant landscape or install shutters unless with there installer ( unlicensed)
refused to trim trees before Irma causing more damage. the refusing to clean up the damage. I personally had to cut down a tree to allow access to the complex. then was told I could not park there. 4 weeks to move the derby
5 cameras by the pool in very uncomfortable stops. cameras are accessible by more than security and management. 3 cameras just to watch  president and the installers car. to many blind spots including entrances and walkways which have had previous insedence including police.
basketball court is a sideways rim in the tennis court. both in disrepair.
limited parking permits even though they have over 30 empty spots every night and force people with 3 car to park outside and get ticketed daily.
leash law doesn't apply to the friends of the board of directors. same persons going around taking picture of things they do not approve of.
no handicap parking or consideration for handicapped.
security guards determine the parking hours as they see fit daily.
security packs up 45 min before shift ends and sits at his car on the phone.
spends all night driving around on his phone and when approached will not address you until he concludes his personal business.
new car purchased on a weekend and would not let me park without contacting management (closed until monday)
managment regulations, are missing much information that security has interpreted as they desire.
I would give no starts if it was an option.
require tenant to repair old electrical panels installed by them so the association can receive lowered insurance premiums. but we don't see the savings reflected.
replaced old rotted fences after 20+ years by non licensed worker with no knowledge of fencing and fencing now filling apart after less then a year  and won't allow tenets to repair them.
president had my car towed because "it was ugly to look at".
