Love the incredible views Of Down town ...
Love the incredible views Of Down town Miami ,Sunny isles , Bal Harbor and Water all around. I have been here for close to 10 years . Only 110 units many owners are snow birds so Not too many people , great location only 10 minutes to the ocean by boat , dockage .And the building is clean even though it older . In 2016 they
Painted the building , new roof and did nice updates , highly recommend Intercoastal living at its best.
