Majorca Towers Condominiums

I lived here for 2 years. It’s a very old building and the owners do not want to pay for updates. If the unit has old windows you will get WATER INSIDE YOUR UNIT!  The winds are so loud. I would only recommend if the unit has impact windows. Nothing beats the view but unfortunately it’s too risky to live here in an UN-updated unit. Security and maintenance are wonderful people. Management doesn’t get anything done. Someone spill things from there balcony onto my car on 2 different occasions and I was not offered any assistance. Also the hallway chair is falling apart and I requested a replacement over a year ago.. the response was that they were “getting quotes”. It was embarrassing to have guests over and see this.  Could have been replaced for like $50. Again, the owners don’t care/want any updates. Really sad.

A friend has lived at Majorca Towers Condominium for many years and has been happy here. It's a great location with fabulous water views.
