Elevator broken all weeks! Garbage in the parking. This places is horrible!!! Terrible administration! 🤢🤢🤢

This site is disgusting, the administration does not know about this business. They raise the rental prices but do nothing, broken elevators, garbage everywhere, the people they hired are beginners, the details of the apartments are sad. Don't live here it's total disgusting. They promised a pool and everything is a lie. Run away from this place. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

It's a pretty messy place, not to mention the administration, the rubbish dump, as there is nowhere, they don't even say where to throw the rubbish, there are a lot of little animals and bad smell, there is not even a swimming pool, nor a gym, as they promised. The place in general is disgusting, it lacks a lot. 4real :(

It's not the Best Place,But it's Okay!!!!

I've lived at this place 11 years ago where my son almost died from falling from the 3rd floor because they had missing railings. I only lived there for 4 months and had multiple issues with water leaks, fire rescue had to come and get me out their broken elevator and management does nothing there. Please save your money and go somewhere else. By the way I did filed a lawsuit. After reading these reviews I'm surprised they are still in business smh. This place is the devil !!!

Worst apartments ever.The landlord doesn’t fix anything.I have told him to transfer me to another apartment & he makes up excuses.My air hasn’t been working in a long time & I told the manager & landlord and he didn’t care about it.Theres rats in the apartment that have ate all my stuff up.There are huge mutant roaches & mild spots everywhere in the apartment that make me sick.Code enforcement needs to close these apartments down or the landlords need to fix my apartment.

Might as well go live in over town. The building is disgusting smells like pee they never clean or repair anything 🤮

My bathroom roof is leaking and has mildew ! Disgusting, no maintenance to fix it
