Wish I could give 0 this place is a scam ...
Wish I could give 0 this place is a scam !!! The property manager Katrina Leon and her front desk team has blatantly lied multiple times, withheld my own money, and has illegally sent my deposit check to a random address. They take forever to fix any issue there are bugs in the apartment from the first week and the cops are always there. This place is unsafe and is managed by incompetent people that will lie and do anything to keep your money. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I don’t care for a response from Katrina or any other team member I had to go to court just to get my money back from them. WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!

Manor Hialeah is a professionally managed property. Very well kept and organized. The process of submitting the application was simple and easy. The leasing prime Danaysha was very pleasant to work with, extremely responsive and professional. The leasing manager Madelin was very professional and prompt to help as well. Great attitude, amazing customer service. Great experience dealing with them.
