I live in a quiet area, there are no problems or noise and the common areas are always clean.

Jean Joseph is very rude any condescending. I should not have to wait outside the gate to get my son, two days after I came in and dropped him off with no problem.

Bill 11 this condo is honestly the worst it's been completely abandoned the administrators don't solve anything we've had no hot water for 5 days and nothing is being done to solve it.  Because it does not give any satisfaction to the owners or a notice they put on the building.
the carpets on the floors are stinky, musty, the doors are having problems, they don't close properly and the condominium does not provide for the repairs because the entrance doors are the responsibility of the condominium and there is no point in calling and going to the office because nothing solves it.
the value of the condominium is absurd for them to do exactly nothing to improve the condominium.
every day there is a problem in the condominium because there is a police there one day yes and the other we are also completely abandoned and we have to pay and we do not know where our money goes.
