Mansfield Park Condo Associates

Immaculate building. It honestly feels like living in a tv show about an interesting group of people who live in a building. Everything works, everything clean, gates have keyed entry and pin pad. Laundry facilities are clean, new machines, and they are extra large, super sized, saving time and money. I’ve been here since October. All the neighbors are great. They have garden parties and there are artists, producers, musicians, doctors and other creative, international, and professional people. I know people who live in several different similar buildings and they all prefer to hang out here because the environment of the garden and the friendly welcoming neighbors. There are actually beautiful different colored orchids growing on the trees! If you’re thinking about renting or buying, honestly, you should very strongly consider Mansfield Park. I literally have no complaints and honestly believe this building should be the standard all buildings strive to achieve.

Very quiet and just 3 blocks from the beach. Very safe. I love it!

Nice, quiet, Art Deco style building. Lush tropical landscaping in courtyard area. Courtyard and access to condo units is gated. No short term leasing. To the complaining reviewer - everything is not broken, the bicycle area is in the alley area & is park bicycle at your own risk (like most buildings). If you don't feel safe, then you should move.

I've been living here for a month and everything is broken. Two bikes of mine got stolen from the back where it was supposed to be gated and the people in charge only say oh well. It's ridiculous. I don't feel safe and the association only cares about them selves!
