Marina Del Sol

I'm giving this place a one-star rating due to several ongoing issues. Despite paying a significant amount, the grills are consistently out of order, and the pool is often dirty or closed. Management fails to fulfill their promises and keeps worsening conditions for tenants. Initially, they promised free coworking rooms, which are now paid, and free coffee, which is no longer available. Parking is a nightmare: they tow my car even from my rented spot, demanding documents that have no relevance, while refusing to tow other cars occupying my space. The gates frequently break and remain open, which is unsafe as cars could be stolen. Additionally, there are frequent plumbing issues with clogged toilets due to narrow pipes, and the cleaning is poorly done. We used to be able to gather freely in common areas, but now access is restricted after 10 PM, even though this never caused issues before. This option has also been taken away

Horrible management will waste your time for weeks

The manager has the most unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed in my entire life. They are rude, racist, don’t care about anything.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Marina Del Sol. The management here is awful, showing very little care for the residents' concerns. It's very hard to get any response from the management team, which is frustrating. This issue becomes even more annoying during city-wide electricity outages, as our building is always the last to have power restored, and we don't get any updates or help during these times. Also, we pay $100 per month for WiFi, but it barely works. Despite several complaints, the management does not respond or try to fix the issue.
Because of these problems, I would not recommend Marina Del Sol to anyone looking for a place to live. The lack of proper management and support makes it a difficult place to call home.

We vacated the premises on December 1st and have yet to receive our security deposit refund. Initially, the managers claimed we provided an incorrect address for check delivery. However, after proving that this was their error, they promised to resend the check. Unfortunately, they have since ceased responding to our emails. It has now been three months since we first requested our refund. This level of incompetence and lack of communication is unacceptable.

Nice building, but really cheap apartments inside for that rent price, my family member lives here and their management is really unprofessional, property manager called the cops on their own residents few times.
