Lived there for 1year. Pros: Nice building and amenities.
Cons: current and future tenants be aware-your security deposits will never be returned. Your emails will never be answered. You wont be able to transfer to another unit-smaller or larger, whether your family grew bigger or not. No transfers. They will ask you to submit another application (give them more deposit that they do not return) and it will take them months to answer it (although your docs are complete from day one).
-There are no keys, just apps that often do not work. So at times you wont be able to enter the building or your own apartment. They wont bother to help you if it's weekend.
-Once there was no electricity (nor internet) for 3 days. You would think someone would send an email, inform us on when should it come, what to do...Did not happen. Neighbors gathered and tried to help each other as some apartments had internet and some not.
-internet comes and goes yet you have to pay top price for it monthly. It's expected that you call the service and fix it on your own every time.
-I was told and got in writing that garbage fee was $10/month or so. The whole year they were charging me $35-$55/m and disregarded documents I provided stating "yes you have documents and emails from our management, but it was not stated on your lease". Some neighbors did get their money back though.
So all in all, if you have to live there, carefully look at the lease they are giving you, ask for everything in writing-not even email but signed paper w/stamp if possible, and definitely forget on getting back any of your deposits.

This apartment complex is the best in terms of luxury and price. I feel very secure especially when moving to a new state, Amber Dames at the leasing office is amazing she helped me through everything and was also patient with me. I would give the staff a 10/10

The management stuff has the most unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed in my entire life. They are rude, racist, don’t care about anything but charging you non existent fees. Be ready that your bills will go higher every month, even though your lease agreement says that you have fixed amount. They will feed you with promises to refund you but they will never do anything.
You can read other reviews about security issues, electricity outages , pool etc.
As a result, more than half of the tenants are moving out or have already done so. The prices have already significantly decreased compared to what they were 6-10 months ago. If you want to stay and upgrade your apartment for a better price, they won’t let you do that unless you pay $1500 (last week it was $1000, lol) for them to send you a new lease. Good luck to this sinking ship.

UPDATE DECEMBER 2023: things have managed to get even worse! Management & maintenance is unresponsive, many of the issues including pool, cleanliness, garage, internet reliability, power issues continue to persist. A few months ago Pegasus was hired to run the buildings and things have gone from bad to worse. Many folks are not renewing or even terminating their leases early. If you are considering Marina Del Sol (or sister building Marina Del Viento) do yourself a favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! Do NOT rent here if you value your security, sanity and your hard earned money! Original Review: Internet is down about 40-50% of the time (sometimes for minutes, sometimes for hours, sometimes longer). Front desk doesn’t know who to call, when you find out who to call they’re only open 9-5 M-F… so good luck if your internet goes down at 6pm on Friday. So far this week I’ve been down for 4 days and unable to work.
Advertised “24/7 concierge” was just changed and there’s barely coverage for the front desk.
Multiple doors to the building are unable to be locked, so anyone can just walk in off the street at any hour of the day. Management says it’s a “construction issue” - that was months ago, still not fixed.
Never an ETA on when the pool will be open (every week it’s “maybe next week”).
This week elevator PE3 got stuck with my dog and I inside!
I’ve submitted all these issues multiple times to management to gave them a chance to remedy before I left this review.

Ultra bad management! The units in this  ...
Ultra bad management! The units in this building have been without powers for over 24 hours starting 3am November 16th, and higher ups seem not to care about any who lives here. Mind you power is available the common areas, but management refuses to press the button to restore power to the units. People have lost $$$ on groceries, are suffering in heat, nothing but cold water, and have been forced to use their appliances in the hallways.

All of the problems we deal with and we don’t receive any credits towards our overpriced rent: - broken garage gates since March
- unreliable and awful internet
- rude and disrespectful property managers
- dirty pools
- unsecure garage elevator (broken latch - any thug can access your car)
- unsecure building - homeless sleeping in the conference areas
- power was out for 2 days when it shouldn’t have been - there was absolutely no sense of urgency from the property managers to fix the issue. After residents approached the manager about the issue she sent out a rude email to everyone who showed up.
- robbing us with fluctuating trash fees
- air conditioning always broken on every floor of Del Sol East side resulting in mold
- lied to us about 24/7 concierge service
- huge problem with receiving packages in del sol now. Due to the unreliable and incompetent internet provider we have, WiFi is down in parcel pending, packages can’t be tracked. Residents are not receding parcel codes. Packages are getting lost - all during the most important time of the year when everyone orders gifts online for loved ones.
- trash chutes broken even though we over pay trash fees by 4 and 5 X
- you can’t talk to the property manager or she’ll call the cops
This is not luxury living, folks. Do yourself a huge favor and lease somewhere else. Trust me, this isn’t worth it.

The management at Pegasus seems to disregard the welfare of their residents, diminishing the quality of life in what was once a commendable building. They consistently neglect basic amenities; the pools remain uncleaned, and the windows gather dust and grime, clouding our view and our spirits. A further testament to their apathy is the broken garbage chute, compelling residents to lug their trash all the way down to the first floor - a needless inconvenience. Their actions, or lack thereof, were especially evident during the hurricane. Power outages are understandable during such events, but their deliberate decision to not restore electricity for nearly two days was more than an oversight. It felt like a power play, a petty demonstration of control, resulting in the spoilage of our food and discomfort of many.
Additionally, the parking situation is far from what was promised. The garage, supposedly secure as per our contracts, remains unguarded and open, a stark deviation from the secure parking we pay for. This disregard for our contracted terms and basic living standards reflects a management that prioritizes control over resident satisfaction and safety.

It's a suffer to live in this building,  ...
It's a suffer to live in this building, you will not be able to sleep if it's windy cause of the Aeolian sound the windows are shaking because everything in this building bulit cheap. The gates for the garage never worked and cars got stolen latch for the main entrance doesn't work so anybody can come in the pool heater is not working internet keep cutting off and they charging 100$ for it on top of that the general manager lizzette  is very rude and treat the residents very bad. There is nothing luxury about this building. They keep deleting our reviews, and the 5 stars reviews are for people they never lived in the building.
