What an incredible Boutique building in ...
What an incredible Boutique building in the heart of Aventura! Beautiful lobby, pool area which faces the intercostal and a lovely workout area. What makes this building unique is the privacy and the fact that you will feel like it’s your own home. Marlin is the manager of the building, and he is really friendly and accommodating to all of the residences needs. All windows are impact and the units all have fantastic floor plans. All my clients have been really happy here.
