Relentless parking enforcement & towing company. They need to ease up on stealing residents/guest cars but they won't because it generates them revenue.

Horrible community, don't recommend it at all. My roommates car got a warning ticket sticked on his car very first night for parking backwards, of course no one ever told us that's not allowed, and there is no signs saying that. My car was towed away even though it was parked correctly. I couldn't get in touch with the office on the weekend. At the tow yard, they told me my car was towed away because it a commercial vehicle. Of course, when you apply for the community they asked for license plate, make, model, color etc... but they never mentioned you can't park the car that has advertisement on it. That is my only car, I would never apply to live there if I knew that. Oh, and now I don't know where to leave my car tonight because there is no one in the office on weekends. Another funny thing, I called the number the office has in the voicemail, it's some type of calling center, they said I have to apply for the parking sticker. Of course, that was never mentioned in the application, crazy huh.  Also, the garbage is full of rodents, I was almost attacked by a raccoon one night. All in all, terrible community, stay away from it.

This property is a mess! All of the roofs have tarps for 3+ years! I’m sure they leak, with all of the rain. When it rains the flooding is horrible! Cars are stranded, the sewage doesn’t drain and overflows everywhere. They have numerous code violations due to structural issues in the buildings!  RUN away from this place, it’s in such bad condition it’s illegal! All of these other reviews you’re seeing with five stars it’s comical. It’s quite obvious the owners can’t rent these units in are putting fake reviews. The property speaks for itself anyone driving by can see what a mess it is. The only thing the office is concerned about is towing cars so they can make money! Yes, they illegally tow peoples cars that live here. Most tenants that live here have had their cars towed at one time. It’s a huge moneymaker for this place. They will come up with some crazy excuse. Your car was parked on the line. Your tag wasn’t registered properly. The sad part is they get away with, don’t walk run from this place and don’t believe the fake five star reviews. Ray Charles could see this place is not up to Code.

Nice places, but to be honest its kind of going downhill not too late for it yet tho
