Riverland Apartments

*not a resident. Just a quick review for those who are looking to rent here. Our tour lasted 12 minutes. It felt like we were extremely rushed through it. Also, you need to consider that you have to make 3.3 X rent. That’s something that wasn’t mentioned prior to scheduling the tour.

Great staff,  Beautiful apartment..any issues just make a maintenance request and they get on it right right away, no delay.

Yolanda has been a great help throughout our apartment rental process. She is an extremely kind person, always willing to resolve our doubts and ensure that the process went as smoothly as possible. Additionally, the apartments are well-maintained, and very clean, reflecting the dedication and care of the management. We are very grateful for her professionalism and attention to detail. We would not hesitate to recommend working with them!

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I have to say, the process was seamless thanks to Adia. She was an incredible help throughout the entire journey, keeping us updated every step of the way and ensuring all documentation was handled efficiently. I recently moved in and it's been great so far. Yolanda was amazing throughout the whole process and very responsive to my emails and messages. Adia was also very helpful. The application process is a little bit long and a little annoying, but at least you know they're doing their due dilligence. The apartments are beautiful and modern and the grounds are well kept.

Aside from how beautiful this establishment truly is, what makes this place very unique is the on-site staff. I was in constant communication with all of them. They were all extremely helpful and extremely accommodating with any request or question that I had. Adia is who I worked with most. She was absolutely amazing. The amount of times that I called her and asked her questions would have driven any normal person crazy, but not her. She was patient, she listened to me, and answer all my questions and concerns that I had. Many people work in customer service that shouldn’t. Having bad customer service can turn a client away very quickly. But working with someone like Adia confirmed my decision to have a home here. I know that I can come to her for anything needed. She really went above and beyond and did an outstanding job throughout my entire application process. Thank you Adia and thank you Riverland Apartments.!!!!!!

I’m currently viewing condos in the area I can say that I am amazed at how clean and nice the management was at Riverland apartments. I did a tour with a gentleman named Darnell, and was impressed at how professional and knowledgeable he was about the facility. I am truly impressed !

I went to do a tour today it was great it seems to have everything I'm looking for in a living community - we met with  a vary nice young man Mr. Darnell who is extremely knowledgeable about the property - we have been to other properties this by far is the best Mr. Darnell  thank you for your contribution to our tour. That's how a tour is suppose to go

I went for a tour of the property and was greeted by Mr Darnell, he was very attentive, friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. Riverland is a fantastic property, all common areas are clean and well maintained. The staff was also professional and courteous. 5 stars to Darnell for his help thought out the process.

Yolanda, Adia, and Ricard are absolutely wonderful. They’re polite, helpful, and clearly care about their residents. They made my move-in easy and stress free.
