Marthas Apartments

I have lived here for a very long time. Great place to live in💯 Very clean and well maintained. I would recommend these Apts to any one with  a family who  would like to live in peacefull place and clean home,Marthas Apt is the place.💯Cant say enough about the management team, very professional and kind.🖤🦾

Terrible the worst apartment i have ever seen Mold in the bathroom and kitchen. Extremely humid everyone who stepped foot inside would say how bad it smelled maintenance did absolutely nothing they where very un helpful and purposely hiding and avoiding our complaints thank god we were able to move.

The condominium is super bad, the manager there is a gossip, he gets involved in everything, the people in the office are Cubans who have just arrived, they treat you very badly, the worst costumer services are given there, the apartments are not by contract, they raise your rent when they want Ah, they don't maintain the apartments, I don't recommend them at all.

It is a building with very poor maintenance, the surroundings are very filthy, it seems as if one lived in Cuba and not to mention the apartments, they are horrible, they do not fix anything and they raise your rent every six months and when you ask them to fix something you have to beg them to that they do it and they do it whenever they feel like it, I shouldn't give it any stars because what they deserve for a rating is 0 but for Google reasons I have to give it 1

The experience is terrible, they raise the rent without limit and the mtto is VERY BAD. You tell them what is broken, they don't fix it and then when you leave they want to deduct it from the fund. They start telling you that for this it is so much and for that reason everything is so as not to return the fund. They deduct 250 dollars of paint even if it is painted like new and if you gave a better painting they deduct 100 more because the paint is not the same if you move and there are things pending They never fix it, the washing machines are a scam, they don't wash well or dry well, in short, that's a disaster and it's one of the most expensive, they're bandits.

DONT MOVE HERE! These apartments will have you living with mold in the AC and a plumbing problem that floods your entire bathroom and halls with sewer water! Lived here for 2 years and they have not repaired anything and continue to raise the rent in these living conditions.

Terrible management, they raise your rent every 6 months

Worst apartment I have ever lived in in terms of administrations. They don't prioritize your repair needs. I had to constantly call to remind him. They don't update anything but they still want to raise the prices to $2000.
