It's been almost a month since we've moved in and we're in love with our apartment at Max's Landing! Everything is nearby, it's safe and all the tenants are nice. The property is so well-kept and clean. This wouldn't have been possible without Ana's help! She's very professional and extremely nice! I love my new apartment home at Max’s Landing. I have been living here one month and I must say it is a beautiful and peaceful place to call home.  Max’s Landing, is modern style apartment homes with a hotel like ambiance and is a clean, well kept, safe place to live. The property manager, Ana is such a SUPER STAR. She is kind, professional and always willing and available to assist in any way she can. Thank you Ana.

I am a current resident of Max Landing ( Apt. #333) and I have never been happier. It is a little further west in Kendall, but many stores & restaurants are close by. The atmosphere at Max Landing is quite, comfortable and has the ambiance of  hotel. The residents are friendly and quite. The staff, especially Ana Maria Molina, the on site manager, is very professional, on hands and always willing to help you in any possible way that she can. I have seen her hop into action when a problem has arrised and is quick to address the issue, as is the handy man on site. The building, including all the common areas is kept very clean and presentable at all times. I tell you I feel I won the lottery when I was approved to live at Max Landing.

Max’s Landing Apartments, is an affordable premium gem. It was such a pleasure to speak with Ana Marie last week. She is professional and detailed. Ana Marie, genuinely loves her job and it is shown through her vast amount of knowledge, kindness and bubbly personality. It was refreshing and much appreciated. Thank you. 😊
