Great building! Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Updated interior, huge pool overlooking the water. Staff and residents are great.

Awful building. Everything is broken: eq ...
Awful building. Everything is broken: equipment in the gym, the front door doesn’t open using the key. The dryer on the floor has not been repaired for more than 2 months. The elevators are breaking down often , the keys are now being changed and you have to wait half a day during business hours to change them.
