It is an extremely quiet area. Close to the beach and a few meters away you have Publix and a Walmart. Fort Lauderdale Airport is 10 minutes or less away .

Condos built in the 1976. Recently had fire alarm updated. Elevator was remodeled but still slow and noisy. Nice view of pond in center of complex.

This is a beautiful community for people ...
This is a beautiful community for people 55+. They have a lovely pool area, and all the residents are very friendly. Located conveniently next to Publix, Starbucks, the beach and other commute worthy locations. I have sold several apartments here and my clients have always been happy.
