Disgusting and very rude parking attendants, they charge an extra fee of $10 simply for the fact that you have a luxury class car and do not warn you about this, I now waited for the valet for 10 minutes, there was no one, after that I asked why they want to charge me an extra $10 - they showed me a sign that I didn’t see before, and I don’t understand why I have to pay extra ((I’ve been living in Miami for 10 years and this is the first time I’ve seen such rules and such rudeness towards me as a client, disgusting... .. The parking attendant also became very indignant at my claim, took a photograph of my car’s license plate and said that I no longer have the right to park here...
I read the reviews - it turns out that the rudeness of the parking attendants in this building is already a constant - it’s interesting that the management of this building does not look at the reviews at all?

Best value for money. Incredible views. Aníbal was very friendly on the tour of the building. Looking forward to moving in as soon as the apartment is ready.

I have lived in Melody for 5 years, the management team is wonderful!! And Anibal is an excellent person, always kind, helpful… I am super happy!

the elevators take forever to arrive, it takes 40 minutes waiting for an elevator

Horrible service from the valet, on christmas of all days, way to ruin the mood! Guy had a 12 people lines and was too busy doing nothing to take care of us.

Elevators take 15 minutes absolutely no exaggeration. Awful management.

If I can give you one piece of advice, do not move here. First, their parking garage is a horror story. It’s very narrow, they don’t have mirrors to prevent crashing to the person going up or down, don’t believe me, ask to tour the garage with your car. There is always people blocking the one entrance in and they do nothing about it.
Second, the gym and pool is so under kept, the management clearly doesn’t care. Pool is always dirty and jacuzzi hasn’t worked (I lived there 3 years).
The original management when I first moved was very good but these have dropped the ball.
The elevator is always broken, if your lucky only one is at a time. It was broken for at least 3 months when I was there, I went back recently to pick up mail and it was still broken, another 3 months later !!
And lastly, they will not return your security deposit. If you are about to move out, be careful. I had read the previous reviews on how they make up charges to deduce from you return so I was careful during the walk through to her everything notated correctly and in writing. That part went fine. However, 2 weeks later I received the final amount letter stating that if I see a discrepancy I have 13 days to let them know to dispute if not I should be expecting the check with return. NOPE. It’s been almost 3 months of waiting for that return and me having to follow up. It’s over 2,000$ that I’m owed so you can see I’m not happy. And they say they don’t know but will “follow up”. Lies, they’re stalling. I’m not a banker but I’m pretty sure they can easily and quickly see there’s nothing cashed or received.
BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BUILDING SND COMPANY. Melo company used to be the main and only options and now there’s a few new company’s around edgewater and wynwood that make it easy to move in, great amenities for better pricing! Be aware if you’re leaving your luxury car in Valet at this building you will be charge an extra $10 upon picking up your vehicle! So if you have Tesla, Audi, BMW, Range Rover, Benz; at your final total per hour you will be charge extra. Ridiculous ! So for everyone going to Adrienne Arsht Center Miami with luxury cars; you know you will have to pay extra!
Major discrimination!

I've been here for a year and have zero issues or problems. Great location, and the people that work here are great and very friendly.

I would like to share what my experience has been during the process of applying and moving to Melody Tower. If I could give them 6 stars I would. After having lived in all kinds of places here in Miami I can say that the moving process has never been as easy as it was here. Starting with the economic part, only 1 month deposit plus the first month's rent (with good credit, which by the way does not affect your score since it is a soft credit inquiry), easy proof of income, a very low application fee and the speed with which I obtained my approval, something rare to find these days, especially in this type of rental. These guys really work fast!! But the most notable thing was the staff who looked after me and helped me throughout the entire process of moving. The team of managers, especially Miss Laura Rego, who was very kind from day 1, showing me more than 5 options for my needs with different views from the balcony, apartment layout and prices, always willing to help me with the reception of my new furniture and every step to follow to complete my application, in addition to her infinite patience with the thousand questions I had every day. I have no idea what it will be like to live in this place but at least my first impression with the staff that works here has been exceptional. At the moment it is highly recommended. All the approval staff really work fast and make your life easier and it was precisely this that gave it the distinctive touch, the human factor. The entire Manager team that assisted me, with a special mention for Laura Rego who helped me throughout the application process, showed me more than 5 different types of units with the number of rooms I needed, different views, interior layout, height, etc. Always ready with the reception of various pieces of furniture that I received and endless patience with my endless questions. I really felt that all the people who work there are always willing to help and solve, until today I have never had a NO for an answer. I have never seen such efficient staff. I have no idea what it will be like to live here, but at least my first impression has been unbeatable. At the moment highly recommended for me.
