1010 Brickell

Beautiful, elegant... To visit and enjoy!

1010 is a beautifully modern building from the moment you walk into the lobby- Tastefully done incorporating real wood alongside stone features throughout. The units themselves are very nice with floor to ceiling windows allowing for light to shine in. Unfortunately the lower levels don’t get nearly as much sunlight as the higher levels do to the neighboring buildings. The amenities are superb- a rooftop with a pool, jacuzzi and bar which plays football games on the weekends. The amenities floor includes an indoor/outdoor pool, hammam spa, ratchet ball court, basketball court, a two story fitness area, and an outdoor walking path that circles the entire building.
The location is top notch- a block away from Brickell ave and a block away from south Miami ave/Mary Brickell Village. Crema, DC Pie Co., Dom’s, and Red Phone Booth are all at the base of the building. All great spots and worth checking out if you haven’t yet!

Zaza & Lulu were incredible servers & bartenders!!! I've had a go-to drink since December, which can confuse some bartenders, and Lulu made the best one I've had. The music they played was so perfect, it made us stay longer. The wings were fire, and the spicy margarita was so great that we had to order another one. On a side note, we were there on Friday, June 8th, around 8 pm, and there were the creepiest dudes I've ever seen at an establishment. One was bald, with a pit mix, who clearly trained his dog to also be creepy. The other one had longer, curly hair and seemed to be in his 60's. There is no doubt they were predators, so be careful if you see a bald guy with a gorgeous dog chilling. Besides the creepers, this was seriously the highlight of Miami. Thank you Dom's!

I delivered a Instacart and left the cart in the 39th floor hahahaha I had the front desk running to my car trying to get me to get the cart lol

Only 1 working elevator. Expect to wait in line to go up. At least put a bench or chairs in the elevator lobby.

Best building in Brickell. Five start hotel amenities. Love my experience in the building.
