i've been living here for about six months now when I tell you, there's a smell of cigarette lingering through my AC vents at times I even feel the smoke come out of the AC vents from the cigarette smell every time you call maintenance they say that they're gonna talk to somebody about it and they never get back to you packages get stolen from the front of your door and what's crazy is that management doesn't even know what's going on inside their own building

Since the new owners bought  a little over a year ago the building is amazing with completely renovated units and Yissell the manager and Costa the head of maintenance are doing the best job ever highly recommend this building if your looking for a clean and peaceful place too live

Zero star if they have choice , disrespectful management first of all , horrible maintenance, laundry  have issue, gate never worked ,customers service never resolve the problems. More importantly,  insecure, always have random people came knock at the door late night . Good for crash pad or someone’s who temporary .This place need a whole  renovation and better team.

This building does not deserve even a 1 star review, very bad service, I have been living with them for 1 year and nothing changes! I'm tired of the lack of respect! Today Saturday 09/21 I have been waiting for 2 hours for you to answer me to open my door since the door is broken and it is not my fault and the key does not work I went to give my baby a walk and when I return to give him food I find The key doesn't work, the boy Rubén, who is in charge of helping, doesn't answer the phone. I have a 6-month-old baby whose turn it is to eat and I can't go in to give her food because of the irresponsibility that Ahy here in this building! I don't feel safe living here, look at my door and no one wants to do anything about it!

The worst place in Miami, the most unsafe that can exist, I recommend that you never come to this hell of a building, it seems unbelievable how unprofessional they are

Wouldn't recommend.
