Very good! Excellent location, clean rooms, cozy and airy. We were well received. I recommend.

Stayed there for a couple of months while studying abroad. Amazing experience! We were 4 girls and each one of us had a super comfy double bed.  The location of our apartment was great, we could walk or bike everywhere, including the nice restaurants in the area and going to classes in UM. Not having a pool or the beach right away wasn’t a problem because we got the chance to walk and bike more, as mentioned before, and in any case we just Ubered. The host was so nice and helpful, every time we needed something she would always answer and made things easier for us and our stay. I would 100% go back & recommend it.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would…! the place was perfect to say the least,  I stayed here a little under 5 months while I was doing my medical rotations at UM. Very good and safe Neighboor very quite and peaceful. I got a lot of studying done during my time here. The landlord was also very attentive and courteous, I strongly recommend this location for anyone looking for safe/chill place.

I was in that apartment, second floor. There are two rooms, both with double beds, very comfortable, comfortable and very clean. We were two families, four adults and three children and the space was perfect.
The area is very safe, very good location, allowing you to walk to different places of interest.
Oh, important!
They allowed me to have my little dog 👏

Couldn’t have chosen a better place we are moving from Georgia and we wanted to rent a place for a year until we figured out where we wanted to live. It turns out we ended up choosing the gables because it was very close to everything so it made it really convenient we stayed here for a year and it was very clean and comfortable. If it wasn’t because we bought a house we would have definitely have stayed longer.

I really liked the very quiet central location!!! The apartment was very clean, the service was very efficient. Mrs. Adriana Law was very kind and above all always present to my needs and those of my family. Thank you 🙏🏼 Recommended.
