Very quiet, clean, quiet

When you go to the office and ask about availability to rent, the girls there are bad people, they serve you with an attitude as if you were less than them. They don't give you a reason for anything, not even when there is availability. I know that no one cares about the lives of others, but there are people like me with children who are looking for housing to be able to give a home to our children because the rent is now sky-high, hopefully. The manager will contact me to tell them who were the ones who treated us badly.

Don't waste your time and money...

Apartments with low HUD rent, as the administrator Jenny says, in which police and gendarmerie are renting.... You tell her that and she gets angry, she thinks that she is the owner of the condominium.... I lived at 2525 NW 10 Ave Apt 108, which is one of the last ones with old carpet, all the old appliances to which they make repairs and after a few months they break again, in the year 2022 I told her that the refrigerator was leaking water through the door rubber I sent it to replace it and he told me that you will be on a list of 10 to replace the appliances when a few months have passed they tell me, No now they are going to replace them with buildings to date they have not reached the appt, the garbage dusters are disgusting, the pool is supposed to be for the use of the residents, they take away the water so they don't use it and when you ask the office they tell you it is under repair.... Very ghetto. The phone receptionist barely knew any information about the apartments. They don’t have a website with pictures. They don’t tell you about any of the amenities in the unit or the community. This is very bad I would stay away.
