Midtown 5

I have lived in the building since March 2020 and have no complaints. Gabby in the office has been very helpful and always can answer any questions.

Justin from the leasing office made me feel at home from the moment I entered the place. The staff is one of the nicest people I have met in Miami. They feel like family. The building has everything to be a 5-star place. That said, the problem I experienced with elevators I have encountered in every building I have lived in Miami. I used to work at one of the newer buildings in downtown Miami. This building has one of the best elevators I have been on. I wish residential buildings would have that elevator.

Love the property. Clean building and maintenance and the concierge service is excellent…especially Antwan from 5th Avenue Concierge. Always helpful and attentive. The leasing office is amazing and easy to work with. Anytime I needed anything Justin Borhorquez was always right there to help and assist. Any issues we've had, and there haven't been many, were handled swiftly!

So happy with my move to midtown 5! I toured probably 4-5 different units with Justin, he was so helpful, patient, and answered all of my questions. Literally moved into my dream unit. Living here is like being at a resort, the staff are extremely nice, the building is super clean, and the amenities are top! Highly recommend moving here

Well managed property with friendly staff. Eddie is always smiling at the concierge desk. Residents are friendly, hold the elevator for others, etc. Not the typical Miami attitude here. Building has a nice pool and sauna, and great location in midtown. And the apartments are very quiet. Apartment was delivered properly cleaned and fully functioning (which is often not the case in Miami), and maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues.
Definitely worth looking at Midtown 5!
And do your best to avoid any AIMco managed properties. The exact opposite. Worst management group ever.

I have lived at Midtown 5 now for three years. Every year they keep getting better! Fernando (Manager) is the best - responsible, friendly, quick to respond. He has really taken ownership in making sure this building is top notch! Eddie at the front desk is also such a blessing. Remembers my name / my dogs name and always has treats for him when we enter.
The passion and care for this community does not go unnoticed and has kept me here year over year. My first and only Miami home!

For the last six years I have been living at Midtown 5 and I want to express my deepest appreciation for the outstanding management provided by the complete team. From the maintenance team, concierge service team to the leasing office team. Also the amenities and apartment designs are great and it's getting even better with the new renovations. I also want to give a special shout-out to our Community Manager, Fernando Zamora for his remarkable attentiveness to the needs and concerns of the residents. He actively listens and promptly responds to any inquiries or requests, ensuring every issue is resolved in a timely manner. His unwavering dedication, attention to detail and genuine care for the residents, truly makes a positive difference in our daily living experience.
If you are considering residing at Midtown 5, rest assured that you will be in excellent hands and feel right at home.
