Midtown 5

I have been living at Midtown Five for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The recent renovations to the pool and gym are fantastic. The pool area now feels like a resort, and the gym has all the latest equipment, making it easy to stay fit without needing an external membership. The location is perfect—close to all the essentials and in a great neighborhood with plenty to do. The management team is incredibly professional and responsive, always ensuring that residents' needs are met promptly. The leasing team made the move-in process seamless and were extremely helpful in answering all my questions.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!

From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by the modern design, well-maintained grounds, and overall attention to detail. The leasing process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed before moving in.

Been a resident here for about three years… overall it is a great building and the concierge team is outstanding! Ongoing upgrades to keep the building fresh has been nice. A few minor issues that present as is the case with any building of the size, but  for the most part staff is solid.
If you are considering midtown, it’s definitely worth checking out Midtown 5.

The front desk staff is always so amazing. I must point out Ramon and Gino for their personal attention and always being helpful no matter what the cause is it's always nice walking in and out of the building, knowing that they are there to greet me.

Have to say Brooke D. is the best building manager I have ever worked with. She has been overly helpful and super nice on more than one occasion where I needed help. Always friendly and super understanding. The Midtown 5 team is always very welcoming and helpful with tenant needs. Anything you need ask for Brooke! 5 stars / A++.

Mr Gino best concierge in the building he is so handsome and always help me with whatever i need even if it’s not part of his job

They never returned our deposit Update: They did return it, not all of it. You would think that with all the flooding that happened on the 23rd floor and up along with those fans running 24hrs inside the apartment tripling my light bill. They would have at least returned a full deposit.
