Very inconsiderate developers. They only use 24th for their massive trucks. It can take 15 min to get in or out of my building. My car and apartment are constantly filled with concrete dust, which has made our pool completely unusable for over a year. They start drilling at 7 am and I’ve had more power, water and internet issues since this construction started.

Unfortunately I believed in the melo group, everything was a disappointment, I had an apartment in Aria on the Bay, the finishes were the worst, they were rude when making or requiring the guarantee, which for a project of that category should not have so many problems, and not everything that was shown how the building was going to be done in the end had negative changes. They threatened with payments and once the stipulated amount was paid it was delivered 6 months later. I once called one of the melo to ask about something, he was rude and I hung up on the phone. Additionally, after waiting almost 3 years with a supposed appreciation at the time I went to sell my unit, the new inventory came out at initial launch prices, damaging the investors' market.
