A pleasant place to live, for the years that the townhouses have been well maintained, the administration does an excellent job trying as much as possible to keep it in excellent condition. There are rules which are consistent with living perfectly in community. Thankful for that

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had such a wonderful experience living at Midway Apartments! The community is always clean and well-maintained. Recently, they painted the buildings and pressure-cleaned the roofs and floors, making everything look brand new. The gated entrance and security cameras provide peace of mind, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming.
A huge shoutout to Mayra Aroca, the property manager, for her dedication and professionalism. She’s always responsive, kind, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the community.
If you’re looking for a beautiful, secure, and well-managed place to call home, Midway Apartments is the perfect choice! Highly recommend!

Excellent place to live, the best location, 5 minutes from everything! The condominium is very well organized with excellent administration supported by a friendly and professional team, attentive to any needs that the tenant may have, they respond quickly and efficiently to any requirement. I have lived here for almost five years with my family and from my experience I can say that it is a place to live peacefully and happily doing things well, as it should be. Here everything works and the condominium ensures that everything is kept in the best conditions of cleanliness and order. I totally recommend it.

I have lived here for more than 10 years and I am surprised by some of the negative comments from this community. In my experience, the entire work team is very professional, they always try to help the resident and maintain order in the community. There are rules obviously as in all condominiums but I think it is necessary for the safety and well-being of us residents and the community in general. I live very happy here and I think I would stay for many more years.

Horrible management, even worse maintenance, very outdated apartments:  the appliances are disgusting, cabinets dirty, doors rusting just to name a few. If you call maintenance to fix something they’ll blame you and not fix the problem just patch a small hole over it a temporary fix. there is a huge pest problem and you have to pay for your own pest control. They require huge security deposits then keep it all as everyone says below.
The manager Vivian was amazing then she left and things went super super downhill since.
The worst part by far the security. I moved out recently but last month they had a man break into the apartment police were looking for him arrested him and the complex didn’t even let us know they tried to blame a resident. Luckily the resident chat told the true story. Then the man came back several times and management did nothing. Police Informed management they have to go to court to ban this man but they don’t do it. They don’t value our safety. Lastly the pool has been shut down as it’s not up to code. This is what you call a classic slumlord situation. Run far!!

A terrible, orderly, pedantic and mediocre administration... you get tired of demanding a right but only those who earn the will of Vivian, who is the most bad-tempered person that can exist, deserve it. He answers you in a bad tone, never finds a favorable solution and walks behind you like a spy measuring your steps... Regarding the residential area, you cannot go out to the patio, you cannot use the barbecue, you cannot receive visitors because at once they accuse you of that person living there, you cannot use the visitor parking lot for more than 2 days, everything is a terror.

I have not rented here yet but just reading reviews scared me I will stay away
