The apartment, except for details of deterioration, is not bad, what I don't like are the restrictions on the facilities, for example: the gym has to be from Monday to Saturday during office hours, in case that is not created to facilitate the people who work and who have found it impossible to go to the centers because of the schedules? I mean, I work from 6am/6pm, I can't go!!! The pool is the same and closed on Sundays!!! Aren't Sundays mainly the days of rest that most parents can take their children who can't go alone? Or are the conditions in the condominium created only for the unemployed who spend the day there? I understand that they must watch over and take care of the condominium, but that they hire people like there are on Saturday so that on Sundays you can also enjoy the facilities.

Thank you for your feedback Maria. We understand your frustration in terms of the facilities. Last year we actually opened the pool on Sundays and the majority of the residents complained and wanted the pool to be opened on Saturdays instead. Due to residents demand we switched the schedule to accommodate the majority. The gym has to be opened during regular business hours due to liability issues. Again we are sorry you cant enjoy the facilities but we are happy to hear you enjoy the apartment.

This is my second time living in Mirabella. Farah is by far the sweetest most helpful person I’ve come across in my life, I am forever grateful for her. I always recommend mirabella apartments to my friends and family.
