I have been in this condominium for more than 1 year, the pool is closed, the employees are very friendly but they have no response to what happened

Odair looked out for me and my family . What a great maintenance team. He goes above and beyond. I had an emergency after hours he went out of he’s way to come and assist us. I appreciate you my brother

Excellent community, a lot of tranquility and hygiene, the people in the office are very attentive, excellent gym area, park for the little ones in the home, swimming pool, all services at ??, very satisfied to be part of this community

There is no security, the doors are constantly open and two robberies have occurred in less than a week

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Paul as my property manager, and the property is truly wonderful. Paul is professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it's handling maintenance requests or just making sure tenants feel comfortable, he always delivers with efficiency and a positive attitude.

Terrible, the same as the administration ...
Terrible, the same as the administration and the facilities, they "sell" you the rent because the apartment complex has, for example, a swimming pool which has been closed for more than a year... a total insult to our intelligence, crazy because I ended my contract to get out of here and never return!!!

Disappointing Experience This complex has been a major letdown. They advertise a pool, but it’s been closed for over a year. Every month, they claim it’ll open "next month," but it never does.
On top of that, I was charged double rent due to a "system error." After I finally got the second charge removed from my bank, they still slapped me with a fee. The office staff is completely unhelpful—they never seem to know anything except how to sign contracts and collect payments. No real solutions, just excuses, and more charges. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you're looking for honest and responsive management.

i have been waiting on my refund for two weeks about to be 3 weeks . i have also been calling to get my money back because you guys are stopping me from moving in to a new place . i need my money today!!!! i will be to that office i’ve been calling since 9 today
