I have been a tenant at 1000 Mirador and, unfortunately, my experience with the management team, particularly ANIKA, has been disappointing. Communication has been extremely challenging, as my inquiries are often ignored or delayed. On several occasions, I have felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and responses were purposefully delayed, leaving me to wait unnecessarily and causing undue stress. As a paying tenant, I expect fair and timely service, but the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from management has made it difficult to feel supported in this building. While the property itself may have positive attributes, the quality of service provided to residents leaves much to be desired.
I sincerely hope the management team will take these concerns to heart and work toward improving their communication and responsiveness for the benefit of all residents.
