Moda is a peaceful community and with the best views in the entire North Bay Village. I used to live in another building on the other side of the island and I’m so glad I made the change when I did. My dogs love the beautiful walkway (which most properties in the area do not have) and you can see such beautiful sunsets. Mariah, Mone’t and Destiny are a great team that make living here feel relaxed and stress free.

Been living at Moda for over a year now ...
Been living at Moda for over a year now and honestly it’s great. You get the waterside vibes without all the tourists and congestion. Mariah is a wonderful property manager and is always there anytime I need anything at all.

I absolutely love this place. Moved in a ...
I absolutely love this place. Moved in a month ago and everything was super smooth. The views are indescribable and it’s so peaceful around here. Oh and Destiny is the best, provided us with anything we needed.

What I love most about Moda being a resi ...
What I love most about Moda being a resident for 9 years is the management team and their eagerness to go above and beyond to make me feel as I’m apart of the community. I love the resident engagement with the events that are held for the residents. I also love my bay view that I wake up to every morning. I live in paradise!
