Moda is a peaceful community and with th ...
Moda is a peaceful community and with the best views in the entire North Bay Village. I used to live in another building on the other side of the island and I’m so glad I made the change when I did. My dogs love the beautiful walkway (which most properties in the area do not have) and you can see such beautiful sunsets. Mariah, Mone’t and Destiny are a great team that make living here feel relaxed and stress free.

Been living at Moda for over a year now ...
Been living at Moda for over a year now and honestly it’s great. You get the waterside vibes without all the tourists and congestion. Mariah is a wonderful property manager and is always there anytime I need anything at all.

Thank you Mone’t who helped me and my husband with everything to make sure the process moving in was super smooth. Everyone in the community is very helpful and we love Moda and the view from our balcony is 5/5 ❤️😍
