Navette on the Bay

Very nice place. The website is listed wrong at 1600 or so….Yet the real price is 2300. I thought by law they would have to give lease the apt  at that to someone at that price….talk about false advertisement. Plus the lady wouldn’t let me talk to someone that runs the website.

Elevator!!! 🤯 there’s no reason why a a building that has 3 elevators only has 1 or max 2 working and the doors get of one of them would get stuck most of the times.

Twice now my car has been towed despite being a resident. First time they at least fixed the mistake but this time I’ve had to pay nearly 500$ in fees to get it back. Will not be renewing my lease

The view is AMAZING. Our apartment was in the east tower, and I had the sea view through all the windows. The apartment door is a little tricky but always remember to use the fob and take the fob. Parking is only in the west tower. Head in for parking and pay on time. But the signal in the parking was so bad. I had to pay after I back to the apartment but the staff understood. They would not tow me because I paid late a few minutes. The only thing is I have to drive out and park somewhere outside to search my direction.

0 stars. A while ago we went with my boyfriend in search of information. Vanessa and the "manager" Matthew were there.
Bad attention, bad information. It was 1.15 pm and they told us that they did not have appointments available, the client from 1 did not arrive and they had another one at 2 pm. They were both in NADA, but they didn't have time to give us a tour, neither values. The inefficient manager said that they waited for the person from 1 PM until 1:59 PM HAHAH I don't know what to say about it.
The only answer? THEY DID NOT WANT TO WORK.
We went back the following weekend, and honestly? It was a waste of time. Even for Amazon you have to pay something separately so they can leave your packages somewhere else hahaha terrible building.

My experience in applying here was beyond frustrating. I applied for an apartment and then was told later the price had significantly jumped up even though the website claimed I was the first applicant. I applied as soon as I could thinking I was going to secure it. Then while getting our hopes up for another unit we are told at the last minute it has been taken already. Very unprofessional and sketchy behavior, so much so I lost patience with them.

I wish I could give 0 never answer the phone called over a hundred times because I need to move as soon as possible they only reply to their emails once a week rude and not professional
