Ever since I saw the Modera website, I felt in love with this property.  I had been comparing this property with another Coral Gables property.  I must say that I was leaning towards Modera for the layout, look of units and price!  I was contacted by the Senior Leasing Consultant Wendy Garcia, and after my interaction with her, I knew this was the place for me!  Wendy, is professional, friendly and so helpful.  She made me feel so comfortable as if she truly cared.  All the questions I had she made sure to respond and was so quick to get back to me.  Then she was nice enough to accomodate a special deal happening, which I was so grateful.  Even when i called her and she wasn't at her desk, I left a message to have her call me back.  As soon as I hung up, Wendy sent me an email telling me she's in a meeting and will call me back, and of course she called me right back.  I've been in the Hospitality Industry for over 15 years and Wendy's level of Customer Service is what we look for.  I am so excited to move in and know that Wendy will be there to take care of me and my family. She's definitely an asset to the company and I highly recomend her if you are looking to live at Modera. :)
