This review is for overall staff and including the the service team; Marlon, Service Manager, Masiel Morejon, Assistant Community Manager. I’ve been living in this building since August of 2024. And being honest, this building has been exceptional at the communication and making sure everything is taken care off.
Being honest, people now a days don't read agreements and things they previously provide to you.
THEY ARE VERY GOOD A COMMUNICATING EVERYTHING! Even they do a lot of activities to keep the community happy, the grill area always has gas.
I am a person that is very meticulous about everything and i ask a lot about of things! And they have always had an answer with great attitude, which is the most important thing!
Overall, I’m very grateful for their hard work and dedication. It makes living here an even better experience.

I wanted to take a moment to commend the maintenance team at Modera Skylar for their service and dedication. From the moment I submit a maintenance request, the team is quick to respond and promptly addresses whatever issue arises. I have consistently experienced quick response times, which is a crucial factor for me. Each member of the maintenance team exemplifies courtesy and professionalism. They approach their work with a positive attitude, making interactions pleasant and seamless. It’s clear that the team values tenant satisfaction and strives to make everyone feel valued and heard. Thank you to the entire maintenance crew for your hard work and dedication.

Prospective renter review. This place is a joke. When we were looking for a new lease, we reached out several times via phone and website to setup an appointment and were totally ignored! The phone calls were never returned/not answered by a real person. We eventually did stop by to in the hopes of talking with a leasing person and was refused because – we didn't have an appointment! Even for Miami, the management team here is exceptionally bad. Avoid.

We love our new apartment. In the center of Miami. Masiel was excellent, he helped us with everything.

Excellent administration, very good disposition on the part of the entire work team. Everything is kept very clean, its common areas are spacious and I love the gym; It's been 1 year and I'll renew it again!

My experience at Modera Skylar Miami has been excellent! From day one, the leasing office team has been incredibly attentive and professional. I especially want to highlight Yaimee Zamora and Donjei, who have made the entire process easy, fast and very pleasant. They are always willing to help and resolve any questions with a friendly and efficient attitude. If you are looking for a comfortable, modern place with a team that really cares about the residents, I definitely recommend Modera Skylar Miami. I have been a tenant for the last 4 years   and  I would  give them a 4 stars  for the whole period miss  the last one  due to renovations that took painfully longer that expected  but all in all a great community  ,quite  every one  is polite  and kind. A great maintenance personel, as well as  management  team  ,good value for the money keep  getting  better   this next year

My experience here at Modera Skylar has been great because of Donyei! From inquiring, to the leasing process, to the simple hello as I walk through the lobby. This building has its upside and downside but the feeling of pleasantness resides here.
